What these deployments have in common
Each deployment starts from the same idea: a client review is a revenue conversation, not a status update. The three MSPs above used different parts of the framework - a structured executive review cadence, a continuity and hardware refresh plan, and client scoring that puts a number on lifecycle revenue that was going uncaptured. The aim is the same every time: turn what the review finds into a decision the client can fund.
TBR (Technology Business Review) and EBR (Executive Business Review) are the framework's names for the meetings most MSPs call QBRs. To see how the method works before you deploy it, read our guide to running a TBR that generates revenue and the project attach rate benchmark.
